The Impaired Driver: From the Arrest to the Test

The Division of Criminal Justice Services, Office of Public Safety is pleased to announce that it will be hosting The Impaired Driver: From the Arrest to the Test course. This course is designed for Prosecutors and Police Officers who are interested in an overview of the Impaired Driver arrest process from the detection and pre-screening to the evidential breath test process.

Topics to Include:

  • DWI Detection
  • Overview of Standardized Field Sobriety Testing
  • DWI Documentation - DCJS 3204 form
  • Overview of Evidential Breath Testing
  • Common Courtroom Challenges on the DataMaster DMT
  • Static Display and Hangs - On Use of the DataMaster DMT and Alco-Sensor FST

This 4-hour training course will be held at the following location:

Erie County   August 24, 2022, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
