- HEAP: Get information about the 2026-27 HEAP season.
- ECLIPSE Community Solar: Lower your monthly electric bill. Bring an email address and electric utility bill!
- EAP and EEAP: Monthly bill assistance. Bring State award letters for HEAP/SNAP/Medicaid/Social Security.
- Empower+: Low- or no-cost home energy upgrades.
