Join us at the Rural Outreach Center (ROC) for energy benefits enrollment including:

• HEAP: Apply for Regular HEAP Benefits! See the link below for necessary documents.
• ECLIPSE Community Solar: Lower your monthly electric bill. Bring an email address and electric utility bill!​
• EAP and EEAP: Monthly bill assistance. Bring State award letters for HEAP/SNAP/Medicaid/Social Security.
• Empower+: Low- or no-cost home energy upgrades.
