The goal of the Erie County Probation Department Crime Victim Assistance Program is to provide support and advocacy to victims of crime who reside in Erie County.

You may contact the Victim Advocate

  • to discuss your rights as a crime victim
  • to receive information and assistance with Victim Impact Statements
  • for assistance with Office of Victim Services (OVS) claim applications
  • to discuss ways to keep yourself and your children safe
  • for inform about the legal process and to discuss your options
  • to request court accompaniment
  • for linkage to additional services
