CDC now recommends that children ages of 5 to 11 years receive the Pfizer Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine. More information can be found here. Individuals 5-11 years old must have a parent/legal guardian give consent (In-person, verbal by phone or in writing by using the COVID-19 Consent for Vaccination of Minors Form for Ages 5-11 Years.
Children 5 through 11 years old will receive a separate vaccine formulation denoted with an orange cap that has one-third the dose given to adolescents and adults, and will receive the vaccine with a smaller needle. See the description of the differences in the adult/adolescent formulation and pediatric formulation for more information.

Walk-ins are accepted during all operating hours at the Buffalo Homecare locations and during the last 2 hours at the other sites listed below. For individuals ages 12 and older, Doses 1, 2, 3 and Booster Dose are also available at the following locations on a walk-in only basis during all operating hours at the Buffalo Homecare locations and during the last 2 hours at the other sites listed below. If you are getting a 2nd, 3rd or booster dose, please bring your Vaccination Record Card with you to the vaccination site.
