This studio topic is emergency preparedness for people with disabilities. Oftentimes in a blizzard or other natural occurrence, people with disabilities are displaced from their homes. Researchers want to hear from people with disabilities about their experiences in order to create a research project on how to help people with disabilities stay safe and in their homes during a community emergency.
