Per New York State Agriculture and Markets Law Section 303-a, every eight years Agricultural Districts shall be reviewed. During this 30 day review period, requests for inclusion or removal of property in the affected districts are accepted and considered, and residents involved in agriculture within the affected districts are encouraged to fill out a survey of their agricultural operations.
