Communications/Dispatcher Training and Investigators Training has beenscheduled by Central Police Services. These classes are limited to personnel employed by Erie County Law Enforcement Agencies. Classes will be held at the Public Safety Campus, 45 Elm Street, Lower Level, Buffalo, New York, from 8:30 am until 3:00 pm
Date: March 11-13, 2025: Dispatcher Training – 2.5-3 days
Topics covered will include ENTPortal Inquiries, ENTCAD, Data Warehouse, CHARMS entries and Web CHARMS inquiries.
Date: March 6-7, 2025: Investigator Training – 1.5-2 days
Topics covered will include ENTPortal inquiries, CHARMS, Data Warehouse, NY Integrated Justice Portal Lawman Search and Web CHARMS inquiries.
Class size is limited and acceptance is on a first come basis.
