-Equipment Selection, Maintenance, Zeroing & Related Considerations
-Understanding how to use the Red Dot as a teaching tool for the student
-Importance of Dry Fire as a learning & practice tool
- Pre and Post shift considerations and responsibilites
-Methods to develop/teach skills and how to properly structure drills
-Intentional use of Drills to test skills
