  1. Complete the Public Safety Training Course Application
  2. BLS-FR/ALS-FR/Ambulance Agency with a valid NYS BEMS Agency Code - No Fee
    1. Non-members Cost: Original Student $605, Refresher Student $490. Both Payable with bank check or money order
  3. It is not necessary to call the EMS Office to verify enrollment. You will be contacted prior to the start of class ONLY if the course has been filled and/or cancelled.
  4. Please submit your application as soon as possible. Courses that reach full enrollment prior to the deadline will be closed.
