- BLS-FR/ALS-FR/Ambulance Agency with a valid NYS BEMS Agency Code - No Fee
- Non-members Cost: Original Student $775, Refresher Student $425. Both Payable with bank check or money order
- It is not necessary to call the EMS Office to verify enrollment. You will be contacted prior to the start of class ONLY if the course has been filled and/or cancelled.
- Please submit your application as soon as possible. Courses that reach full enrollment prior to the deadline will be closed.
