Asian Inspired Protein Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 half can chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1 handful of frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • A sprinkling of sesame seeds

  • Bowl

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together and enjoy
