Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • Half of a small sweet onion and/or scallions
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt (low-fat or nonfat will work too)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment Needed

  • Bowl
  • Cutting board & knife

Directions

  • Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers and put in a bowl.
  • Thinly slice onions and add to cucumber bowl.
  • Add sour cream and yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix.
  • Enjoy!
