Ingredients
- 3 cups cabbage
- 1 red apple
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 2 green onions
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Chop cabbage, finely chop the red bell pepper and green onion, core and chop the apples, and grate the carrot.
- In a large bowl. combine carrot, red bell pepper, and green onion.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad.
