Jan's Garlic Totatoes

Ingredients

  • 5-6 fresh summer tomatoes
  • 2-3 garlic gloves
  • About 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Splash of water
  • Dried parsley

Equipment Needed

  • Large bowl
  • Cutting board & knife

Directions

  • Cut up tomatoes in quarters or smaller depending on the size of your tomatoes.
  • Peel garlic and cut in small pieces. Mix in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour oil in bowl and add a slash water and salt to taste. Sprinkle a few dried parsley flakes and mix.
  • Let sit for about 20 minutes before serving. The longer it sits the more garlicky it will taste.
