Ingredients
- 1 cup plant milk
- ½ cup oats
- 1 apple
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chia sounds or ground flax seeds
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions
- Add oats to boiling water. Reduce heat and let simmer 5-10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and oats are cooked. Oats will soften as they boil.
- Add apples to oats while they are cooking.
- Add peanut butter and let it melt.
- Add chia or flax seeds, blueberries, and cinnamon to oats.
Notes: Cook oats to your liking of texture. Be sure not to overcook as oats will get mushy or will be too hard if you under cook. Add a little milk to loosen to your desired texture if oats are too thick.
