Power Outage Protein Wraps

Ingredients

  • Tortilla wrap
  • Nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, etc.)
  • Banana
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Raisins (optional)

Equipment Needed

Butter knife 

Directions

  • Spread a nut butter of your choosing on a tortilla wrap
  • Peel a banana and place in the middle of the wrap (you may also cut the banana into smaller pieces if desired).
  • Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or add raisins
  • Roll-up the wrap to ensure ingredients stay inside
  • For added fun, cut the wrap into sections and eat with chop sticks to make banana sushi!
  • Enjoy!

This nostalgic recipe is one for all ages and includes items you may already have on hand. For a sweeter treat, add Nutella :)
