Effective Monday, December 15, 2025 the Emergency Services unit of ECDSS will be newly located on the fourth floor of the Rath Building, 158 Pearl St., Buffalo. The unit had previously been located at 460 Main St. in downtown Buffalo.
Those seeking such assistance are directed to enter the building at the Pearl Street entrance.
