The ECDSS Emergency Services unit will be re-locating back to 460 Main St. - 2nd floor in downtown Buffalo effective September 1, 2026. The unit is currently located on the fourth floor of Rath Building, 158 Pearl St., Buffalo. Those seeking such assistance until through 8/28/26 are directed to enter the building at the Pearl Street entrance, with the new location at 460 Main Street scheduled to be open Tuesday, 9/1/26.
