The Cancer Services Program (CSP) provides breast, cervical and colorectal screenings to eligible individuals that reside in Erie County, NY ages 40 & older.
How do I know if I am eligible for the CSP?

What if I don’t have a doctor?
The Cancer Services Program will schedule an appointment for you with one of our providers at a convenient location free of cost.
What if my screening test shows an abnormal result?
Diagnostic tests are available at no cost for eligible individuals with an abnormal screening result. We will provide a case manager who will guide you through your follow-up diagnostic appointment.
