Tops Markets has partnered with the Cancer Services Program (CSP) of Erie County to provide you with the opportunity to speak with a CSP representative about the risks of colon cancer and qualifications for an Early Detection Screening Kit (“FIT Kit”).
The “FIT Kit” is a simple take-home test to aid in the detection of colon cancer. Eligible customers, ages 45 years or older, can visit participating Tops Pharmacies during select dates in March 2024 to pick up a test kit. The kit may be free to individuals without insurance and covered in full by most major insurance plans.
