The Erie County Comptroller's Office is soliciting resumes and letters of interest from prospective applicants for the position of BILLING COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST.
This position performs duties in the Accounting Division of the Comptroller’s Office.
This is a classified competitive civil service position in the CSEA bargaining unit. The position is Job Group 10, with a salary starting at $55,636 (step 0). The salary is not negotiable.
MINIMUM QUALIFICAITONS:
A.) Possession of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Legal studies or related field and three (3) years of experience in billing and collection work; or
B.) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and five (5) years of experience in billing and collection work; or
C.) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B).
