DEPARTMENT:     Division of Information and Support Services                                

LOCATION:           95 Franklin Street – 15th Floor                                                       

SHIFT:                   9:00 AM – 5:00 PM                                     

TITLE OF POSITION:   Information Security Analyst (DISS) (Job Grade – 14)

THROUGH AND INCLUDING         11/07/2022

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1.   Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber security or closely related field and three (3) years of experience in systems software, systems analysis, or application programming, and included experience in information security*; or:

  1.   Possession of an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber security or closely related field and five (5) years of experience in systems software, systems analysis or application programming, of which three (3) years was experience in information security*; or:

  1.   An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B).

NOTE 1: *Information security. for the purpose of qualifying applications is defined as the processes designed and implemented to protect information, systems, and networks against unauthorized access, use, or disruption utilizing various forms of technology.

NOTE 2: Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting full-time experience requirements
