TITLE OF POSITION:                   MINORITY & WOMEN OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE COORDINATOR     

SALARY:              $62,419 - $79,192 Annually

The Division of Equal Employment Opportunity is looking for a self-driven and motivated individual who is passionate about furthering the inclusion of Minority and Women Business Enterprises in County contracting opportunities as well as working with community organizations to further the development and inclusion of the workforce in the region. The most important quality that we are looking for in an individual is someone who excels in working in a team environment with the ability to problem solve.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of public/private experience involving direct contact with business representatives and/or government officials.

NOTE:            Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university or graduate school or law school may be substituted for two (2) years of the experience above.

NOTE:            Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting full time experience requirement.
