TEMPORARY/PROVISIONAL APPOINTMENT
DEPARTMENT: SOCIAL SERVICES
TITLE OF POSITION: PARALEGAL
LOCATION: LEGAL
SALARY: $39,901-$47,509 ANNUALLY (JOB GROUP: 5)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Possession of an Associate's degree in Paralegal studies; or:
B. Possession of a Bachelor's degree including completion of 15 credit hours in Paralegal studies and six (6) months experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant; or:
C. Possession of a Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant; or:
D. Completion of an approved Paralegal Certificate program and one (1) year of experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant; or
E. An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A), (B), (C) and (D).
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
In some Municipalities a typing ability of 25 wpm will be required.
