ANNUAL SALARY:   $39,557 - $46,644 (CSEA JOB GROUP 3)

    *Please note that this position is a competitive civil service title and will require a civil service examination in the future. After the exam, selection for permanent appointment(s) will be made from reachable candidate(s) on the eligible list according to the NYS Civil Service Rule of Three.                                                               

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:      

Graduation from a standard senior high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and one (1) year of experience working in a health care setting or substance use treatment agency.

NOTE 1: Completion of 30 credit hours from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university in a health-related field can be substituted for the 1 year experience. 

NOTE 2: Candidates must possess a valid New York State Driver License and have automotive transportation available for use at the time of appointment. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

NOTE 3: Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting full-time experience requirements.
