TITLE OF POSITIONS:                  RECEPTIONIST  Full Time – CSEA

POSITIONS:                                  51009708 (PERM AFTER PROBATION)

Annual SALARY:  $40,745 - $48,044 (CSEA Job Group 3)

FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Good knowledge of office terminology, procedures and equipment; Working knowledge of functions and organizations of the agency to which assigned; Ability to meet the public and get along well with others; Ability to type routine correspondence, reports and records; Ability to understand and follow routine oral and written instructions; Tact and courtesy; Neatness of appearance; Industry and dependability; Initiative and resourcefulness; Capable of performing the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and supplemented by one (1) year of office experience which included public contact. 

NOTE: Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting full time experience requirements.
