DEPARTMENT: SOCIAL SERVICES
TITLE OF POSITION: SENIOR CLERK
LOCATION: MEDICAID
JOB GROUP: 3 (Starting Annual Salary: $40,745)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and one year of office clerical experience.
NOTE 1: Additional office clerical experience, beyond the one year requirement, may be substituted for a high school graduation on a year for year basis; and completion of a post-high school secretarial course, of at least on year's duration, may be substituted for the required office clerical experience.
NOTE 2: Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting full-time experience requirements.
Candidates must sign up and sit for the exam once it is announced. Candidates must also be reachable by score in order to maintain the position once the list is established.
