SHIFT: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
TITLE OF POSITION: Technical Support Services Specialist (Job Grade – 12)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A.) Possession of a bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of systems software, systems analysis, or systems programming experience; or:
B.) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and six (6) years of systems software, systems analysis, or systems programming experience; or:
C.) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A), and (B).
NOTE: Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting full time experience requirements.
