Online Facility Payments, Facility Permit Renewals, and Invoices

Notice: Unfortunately, the online payment system is experiencing intermittent technical issues. If users are not successful in accessing the system, they can make payments over the phone by speaking to an operator at 716-961-6800. Payments/renewals may also be mailed to, or made in person at, our office at:

Please read the following information prior to entering the payment website.

Payments can be made by using the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Electronic payment from checking/savings accounts are not available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Please have your Permit Renewal Application or Invoice readily available.  These documents were mailed to your billing address. You will need the following information:

  1. Your Facility ID number
  2. Your Total Payment due
