Bruschetta Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 box of gluten free pasta (or pasta of your choice)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of dried basil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2-4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cans of pre-cooked chicken
  • 1 - 2 ounce of parmesan cheese

Equipment Needed

  • Medium pot
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon

Directions

  • Boil water over stove and put pasta of your choice in the water making sure to follow the cooking instructions on the box. 
  • In a separate bowl mix the tomatoes, basil, and vinegar together. 
  • Place mixture and chicken in the pasta, and mix. 
  • Add parmesan cheese on top when serving.
