Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup of rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup of water
  • Bananas, apples, raisins, nuts, seeds, spices, honey, chocolate sauce, peanut butter, chia seeds, etc. (optional)

Equipment Needed

  • Mason jar
  • Cutting board & knife (optional)

Directions

  • Combine water and oats in a mason jar with lid.
  • Shake to combine the ingredients.
  • Let the mix sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  • The next morning you can add in any other ingredients you desire.
  • Serve and enjoy!
