Adult Probation

Anyone reporting to their Probation Officers will do so by appointment only. If you have any questions please contact your Probation Officer.

The Cashier's window is open for in-person payments during normal building hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., however we are now accepting online payments. Click here for info on online payments. Any questions regarding financial matters may be direct to (716) 858-8223.

Juvenile Probation

JD and PINS Intake services are available in person.

For JD Intakes, police agencies can scan and email appearance tickets and accompanying paperwork to the departments juvenile mailbox - erie.juvenile@erie.gov. Originals can be put in the mail. Contact Supervisor Maconaghy at (716)858-4957 with any questions.

For PINS cases, families can come to Appletree Business Park, 2875 Union Rd. Suite 356 Cheektowaga, NY 14227. The PINS office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For questions, call our PINS Information line at (716)858-8349.

Adolescent Offender Matters

We have an officer present for all scheduled appearances in Youth Part on the 3rd floor. All appearances in Youth Part Court have resumed in person. Probation Officer Jessica Tiffany can be reached at 858-8971.
