Effective Monday, December 15, 2025, the Emergency Services unit of ECDSS will be newly located on the fourth floor of the Rath Building. The unit had previously been located at 460 Main St. in downtown Buffalo. Those seeking such assistance are still directed to enter the building at the 158 Pearl St. entrance.
