Upcoming Meetings

All meetings will be held from 2:00pm - 3:30pm at the Lincoln Building's 4th Floor Conference Room (110 Franklin Street, Buffalo).

The Erie County Capital Projects Committee is required by Charter to meet to develop and approve a capital program before August 15th annually. The Committee Website can be found at https://www3.erie.gov/budget/capital-projects-commitee

The Committee Schedule for 2027 is as follows. All meetings will be held from 2:00pm - 3:30pm at the Lincoln Building's 4th Floor Conference Room (110 Franklin Street, Buffalo).

The Lincoln Building is a controlled access location. If you plan to attend a meeting in person, you must arrive at least 10 minutes early to be escorted into the building and up to the 4th Floor.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

6/08/2026 - Introductory Meeting
1 week break
6/22/2026 - Presentations by: Highways. 
6/29/2026 - Presentations by: District Attorney, Central Police Services, Homeland Security & Emergency Services, Real Property Tax Services, Social Services, Youth Services.
7/06/2026 - Presentations by: Information & Support Services, Buffalo & Erie County Public Library System, Parks, Recreation & Forestry. 
7/13/2026 - Presentations by: Buildings & Grounds, Medical Examiner's Office, Sheriff's Office, SUNY Erie.

8/10/2025 - Meeting to Vote on Final Capital Program

All meetings are public.  To attend in person or virtually via Webex please register

The Lincoln Building is a controlled access location. If you plan to attend a meeting in person, you must arrive at least 10 minutes early to be escorted into the building and up to the 4th Floor.

Members of the public will be permitted to make public comment based on the approved Public Participation Policy.
