- This depends on what road you live on. Not all roads in Erie County are plowed by Erie County DPW.
- ECDPW owns & maintains 1,200 centerline miles of roads.
- The entire county has over 4,625 miles of roads. Most are owned & maintained by the cities, towns, villages or NYS.
- ECDPW does not maintain any roads in the City of Buffalo.
- ECDPW contracts with towns and villages to plow many county roads.
