Cultural Organization Application Account Request

Please use this form to request access to the Cultural Funding application system, IF your organization is eligible to apply for funding. 

County of Erie eligibility requirements are listed at https://www3.erie.gov/cultural/funding-overview#Eligibility. Requests will be reviewed by Erie County Department of Environment and Planning staff. The organization may be contacted for additional documentation if needed. If staff cannot determine eligibility with the additional documents, the organization's request and documents will be forwarded to the Erie County Arts and Cultural Advisory Board for a provisional determination (eligibility may not be final until review of a submitted application is completed). 

Only one account will be created per organization. If multiple people are needed to complete the application, they will need to share the log in information (do not use personal log in information).

If you successfully completed this step before, you do not need to complete it again.

This is not the application. This is a required step to gain access to the application for funding. The application must be completed in its entirety to be considered for funding. A submitted application is not a guarantee of funding.

If your organization has lost its login information, please contact Mariely Ortiz at mariely.ortiz@erie.gov to reset your information.

DO NOT SUBMIT MORE THAN ONCE. Check your junk/spam email folders for an email from webmaster@erie.gov. If you cannot find it after 2 business days, then email mariely.ortiz@erie.gov.
