  • Account pages (page the website goes to when you log in) will now display a "Submissions" tab. This is an easier way to access your application.
  • The display for Attachment C has been fixed! It should now display the same way as all the other attachments.
  • Access link has been moved below to help you read through these instructions and troubleshoot before contacting DEP
  • IMPORTANT: Erie County emails are not reaching all email systems, especially MSN, Hotmail, and Yahoo. We'll receive your message, but responses just bounce back. This extends to emails sent from the website, so you may not receive a submission confirmation for your application. Until this issue (out of our hands) is resolved, please contact me by phone (716-858-1916) if you do NOT receive a submission confirmation email, and please include a phone number for us to reach you when you contact us by email in case our replies don't make it through. Thank you!
  • Please re/watch the recorded Applicant Briefings for the walkthrough before contacting DEP. (Walkthroughs usually start about 40-45 minutes into the video)
  • Prior Applicants -
    • Please make sure to check the "Ready for Review" box only when you are COMPLETELY done with your application. Otherwise, uncheck the box. If we receive multiple updates to your application, they will not be reviewed until the due date has passed.
    • Do not request an account - you already have one. Your username is your organization's acronym as assigned by DEP and provided in your original new account notification email.
      • If you are all of a sudden unable to log inTry refreshing the browser after you log in, clearing cookies/history, and/or an incognito window (Chrome)/InPrivate window (Edge).
    • Do not create a new application.
      • Once you follow the link to the 2023 application, a bar will appear at the bottom of your screen just above the taskbar (maximize the window if you cannot see it - Please note that "Maximize" is a specific button, not just dragging the screen to be bigger) that says "You have already submitted this webform. View your previous submission."
      • Screenshot of "View Previous Submissions" bar at the bottom of the screen
      • Click on "View your previous submission", and select your previous submission.

      • Make sure to review every line and update as needed for 2023.
      • To save your progress, click through to the end and hit "Save".
      • When ready to submit - check the appropriate box, navigate to the last page, and save.
      • PLEASE SAVE ON THE LAST PAGE OFTEN - otherwise, if you navigate away from the tab, you may lose all info!

For example, if your organization is requesting less than $50,000 but this is more than 20% of your budget, you must complete the Level 2 Form.
