Beginning October 2, 2023, applications for the 2023-24 HEAP Heating Equipment Repair & Replacement as well as Heating Equipment Clean & Tune programs are being accepted. Benefits will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible applicants through the close of business September 30, 2024 or until funding allocated to these components is exhausted.
