GENERAL INQUIRIES
The Planning Division of Erie County’s Department of Environment and Planning (DEP) has college student internship and volunteer opportunities available on a regular basis. Interns and volunteers are able to gain hands-on “real world” experience with a variety of planning, GIS, and economic development projects, while helping DEP Planning serve our residents and businesses. Interns and volunteers can often earn college course credit by successfully completing an internship with us.
We periodically have paid seasonal internship opportunities available.
