As supplies are available, the Erie County Department of Health (ECDOH) Office of Harm Reduction has several FREE items available to you! 

Use this form to order the supplies you would like. Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to be processed. For additional information or questions, please call 716-858-7695.

Businesses: Please use the Harm Reduction Supply Order Form for Agencies

Please note that we can only send supplies to addresses in Western New York (WNY).  For those outside WNY, you can order free supplies from NY State OASAS.
