Jesse Nash Center: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm; Wednesdays 8:00- 6:00pm. Appointments preferred; walk-ins welcome and accommodated based on availability!

All Erie County residents are seen regardless of ability to pay.
Our staff are here to help people without insurance get free or low-cost family planning services. We can also help you apply for the Family Planning Benefit Program.
Insurance
Most NYS insurances are accepted for payment.
Family Planning Benefit Program (FPBP)
FPBP is a public health insurance program for those who may not be able to afford family planning service, and for those needing a private and confidential provider. You qualify for this program if you are a NY State resident, male or female, fall within certain income requirements, and are not already enrolled in Medicaid or Family Health Plus.
To apply for FPBP, bring the following info to the center if applicable:
- Valid photo ID (license, school ID)
- Proof of income (4 weeks of pay stubs, proof of unemployment, or social security disability benefits)
- Proof of address (post-marked rent receipt or a non-window envelope sent within the last month)
Need privacy? In NY State, those needing complete confidentiality can also apply for the program under “good cause”. No documentation is necessary.
