Elder Law Day Registration

Come join us for presentations on a variety of topics, including:

Medicaid Eligibility; Long Term Care planning and Asset Protection; Preparing for Incapacity through Advanced Directives; Estate Planning and Probate; and Patient Rights in Hospitals and Rehabilitation settings.

Community Agencies will also be present providing information and support.

Check in will begin at 8:00 am on day of event. Event will begin promptly at 9:00 am.

FREE coffee & pastries will be available after check in

A box lunch will be provided ONLY if selected at checkout.

Lunch will consist of assorted sandwiches (turkey or ham), chips and bottled water. If you are staying for lunch and have food allergies, please let us know well in advance and we will do the best to try to accommodate you.

Each registrant MUST register themselves and select a lunch if so desired.
