The Erie County Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP)'s Cooling Assistance Program will operate through the close of business on June 23, 2025. Applications submitted by eligible households on or before the deadline are considered to be valid and must be processed.
Households that request Cooling Assistance after 6/23/25 should be provided resources on managing extreme heat, including information on local cooling centers.
