Effective Monday, August 12, 2024, the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) will temporarily re-locate to 290 Main St., sixth floor, while essential renovations are conducted on site at the usual location of the unit -- the second floor of the Rath Building.
Service is available from the Erie County Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) through the following remote channels:
- Calling 1-888-208-4485.
- Completing the Customer Service Inquiry form, while also providing your daytime phone number, email address, and mailing address, and sending it to the following addresses -- csewberie@dfa.state.ny.us; or (mailing to) USPO address : 95 Franklin St., Room 230, Buffalo, NY 14202.
