The Erie County Department of Environment and Planning is hiring a full-time Solid Waste Recycling Specialist to work out of our downtown office at 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. This position coordinates public facing waste collection events, as well as coordinating waste reduction and recycling programs in county-owned facilities.
Requirements: bachelor's degree, two years of solid waste experience - one of which includes industrial or community recycling responsibilities, and a NYS driver's license. For more information, please see this PDF of the job description.
