Property Deed. Please be advised that all owners listed on the Deed must execute a Note and Mortgage Agreement

Most recent County, School/Town/Village property tax payment receipts (if needed, call your local town/village clerk to obtain copies)

Homeowners Insurance - Summary page only

Proof of Income. (i.e., three consecutive months pay stubs for all members of the household aged 16 years or older, Social Security Benefits Statements, alimony paid or received, social services statements, unemployment statements, etc)

Three consecutive months of any and all bank account statements and/or mutual funds

Three months of rent receipts (if applicable)

Most recent federal income tax return (if applicable)
