Avoid that last minute scramble; make sure your child is protected against Measles, Mumps and Rubella.  Erie County Department of Health Immunization Program will provide FREE Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) Vaccines to eligible children who are not up to date and to adults born after 1957 who may not be vaccinated. FREE, Hands-Only, CPR & AED training will be provided by UBMD Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and the Buffalo Black Nurses, Inc. Participants who sign up for a future CPR certification class are entered into a drawing to win a $50 TOPS gift card.

Facilitated Enrollers from Fidelis will help uninsured people sign up for health insurance, renew health insurance and answer insurance-related questions. Learn about free or low-cost health insurance options through NY State of Health Marketplace 

Oishei Children’s Hospital Pediatric Trauma, Stop the Bleed program will demonstrate life-saving techniques to help people who are severely wounded and in danger of bleeding out. Stop The Bleed training information will be available. 

Get a free heart health screening from the University at Buffalo School of Nursing students. 

Visit the Sexual Health Center tables for free onsite testing for: chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, HIV & hepatitis C. The PrEP/PEP program staff will be present to answer questions about HIV and HIV prevention. 

Family Planning Center staff will provide information about family planning, pregnancy, and other clinic services.

Visit Emergency Management Services’ interactive Reach Out to 911 display. 

Free masks and COVID 19 tests while supply lasts.

On-the spot Narcan training will be provided by the Erie County Department of Health Office of Harm Reduction staff.  Peer Navigators will be available to talk, provide information about substance use disorders and link people to services.  

The LEADSAFE ERIE COUNTY program will provide information about lead poisoning, training, programs, and services available to you from the ECDOH Environmental Health Division and our community partners.  

Are you doing some work in your home? Learn about the Free Lead Safe Work Practices Training for Homeowners and the Lead Safe Tool Borrowing Program at The Tool Library 

Find out if you are eligible for the Healthy Neighborhood program. 

Stop by the Community Wellness table for information about local free and low-cost physically active family fun opportunities and smoking cessation information & resources. Participate in our interactive dental care activities. Participants will get a free toothbrush and toothpaste. 

Free dental screenings and fluoride varnishing provided by Erie County Department of Health Community Wellness, Highmark and Liberty Dental. Get a free dental consultation and referrals to local, low cost and free dental care. 

Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield will be providing free produce boxes (while supplies last).   

Have you been putting off a colonoscopy?  Cancer Services of Erie County will provide free, in-home colon cancer screening tests to eligible participants. Uninsured and underinsured people are welcome. 

Speak to a representative from Massachusetts Avenue Project (MAP) and learn more about what they do.  Pick up a copy of their mobile market schedule Produce available at MAP's Mobile Market locations is fresh, affordable, and nutritious! Purchases can be made with cash, credit/debit, SNAP, Double Up Food Bucks, and Farmers Market Nutrition Program checks. Everyone is welcome.   

Have an EBT card? Bring it with you. Double Up Food Bucks will be there signing people up so you can have double the dollars to purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, immediately.  Double Up Food Bucks will match, dollar for dollar, every dollar you spend on fruit and vegetables, up to $20 per day. 

Do you have a child with special health care needs? Do you need help finding services, doctors, or a community program? Stop by the CYSHCN table. A diagnosis of your child’s need is NOT required.

Bengali Interpreters will be present throughout the event.
