Tobacco and Vapor Product Sales Training Class Registration | Erie County Department of Health (ECDOH)

This FREE 3 hour class is for retailers who sell tobacco and vapor products.

The Erie County Department of Health (ECDOH) requires that at least one staff member, with the proper training, is working at all times of the store operation. We recommend all staff take this training class.

Each individual certification is valid for 3 years. During that time, a violation of a sale to an underage person may result in a one point assessment, rather than two points, on the retailer's license.

Class Location: ECDOH Division of Environmental Health Office, 503 Kensington Ave, Buffalo, NY 14214 (on ECMC campus - see campus map)

Class Dates and Times:

Course registration MUST be received at least 2 business days prior to class.
You MUST arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start of class.
ECDOH reserves the right to cancel training up to 24 hours before class.
