Test Results Through Aveva
Our center uses the online service Aveva to deliver your test results. You will be signed up for Aveva during your visit to the clinic.
You will need to create an account using the link that was sent via text message on the day of your testing. You can also follow the instructions below to create an account or change your password. If you already have an account, you do not need to create a new one.
Instructions for Aveva
Results can take up to a week to post in Aveva. Our clinic staff will discuss the length of time to expect your results during your visit. You will get a text message alert or email when your results are available in Aveva.

Instructions for the Secure Patient Portal Through eriecounty.hprtl.com:
- The first time you are registered, you will receive a text or email directing you to set up your Patient Portal access. You will choose your own secure password, and only you will have access to the Portal.
- When your test results are available, you will receive a text or email notification directing you to sign into your Portal. (No results will ever be sent directly to your text or email.)
- When you access your secure Portal, you can view your results on your phone, tablet or computer.
If you receive a message to contact the clinic, you must call the clinic to receive your results from a clinic staff member.
Your results on eriecounty.hprtl.com are safe and secured with encryption exceeding industry standards and are accessible only by you.
This Patient Notification Service and the Patient Portal are a product of a private service and are provided to you by the Erie County Department of Health.
